COVID-19 UPDATE January 2022
Due to the ongoing global challenges presented by the COVID-19 virus, our processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.In light of this we have also amended our shipping estimates below and on our FAQ Page.
International delivery times have been especially affected, with Australia Post regularly updating their website with country specific delivery times and restrictions. Before placing international orders please check here for more information.
As always, we will ensure to process all orders as quickly and safely as possible. However we would ask all our customers to take these potential delays into account when placing orders during this time. Please note that the Shipping Estimates below do not include processing time.

We currently offer standard and express shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. All international parcels are sent with tracking and signature on delivery as standard.
International Postage is calculated by the total weight and dimensions of your order and starts from as little as $14.99.
Please use the ‘Calculate Shipping’ function at the cart or checkout page to see the total shipping cost for your order.
As the customer, you are responsible for checking customs and duty tax restrictions for the country you are sending your order to. Australia the Gift is not liable for any import duties, taxes, penalties, delays or confiscation you may incur as part your country’s legislation.

Customers sending items overseas as gifts, please note that due to customs regulations Australia The Gift are required to include a tax invoice on the parcel to avoid delays, additional charges or destruction of the parcel.
If you are wanting to send a gift internationally, please let us know in the notes section of the Checkout and we will ensure that your invoice is not included within the parcel and only attached to the outside for customs inspections.
For international returns involving no faulty or damaged items, no shipping fees will be refunded, only the price of the goods returned will be refunded.

Any item from Australia the Gift bought online between Nov 1st and Dec 24th 2021, can be exchanged up until January 31st 2022.
The item(s) can be exchanged for the value they were purchased for either:
If you choose to have your item(s) exchanged for a new item(s) then all freight costs will have to be paid for by the customer.
All items carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).
For faulty items, please contact our office, between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday (AEST), on either [email protected] or +61 7 3352 4789 before returning any goods.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.
In this case please call +617 3352 4789 or email [email protected] prior to sending goods back.
In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a $10 dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain.
In regards to unclaimed orders, if any item(s) from an order has been returned to us for reasons such as:
– An incorrect and/or insufficient address was supplied
– International custom issues which did not allow for the parcel to be sent.
We will reach out to the supplied contact email on the order at least three times within 60 days to resolve the issue.
If no resolution has been reached within this 60 day limit, then the item(s) will be officially returned to our warehouse and the monies from the order will not be refunded.
