How long will my order take to be shipped to me?

The majority of orders and packed and shipped the following business day.

To get an accurate estimated arrival date for your order:

1.  Add everything to your cart.
2. Go to the checkout page.
3. Put in your delivery address postcode and a shipping timeline will show.

Just so you know, these are guidelines only. As always, we will process all orders quickly and safely but there are factors that outside of our control that could impact your order.

It is also important to remember that some of our products include 1-3 business days in processing as we source the stock for your order. Please have a look at the product page for these details before you complete your order.

Customs Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Australia the Gift does not collect, pay, or reimburse any customs duties or import taxes on international shipments, and we are not liable to pay these fees on the customer’s behalf.
