Returns & Refunds Policy

All online orders come with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you have a change of mind with your order, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.

If the return is a change of mind, the refund will not include postage charges.

If the return is because of a faulty product or a fault with the order, the refund will include postage charges.

For all returns and refunds, please contact our office, between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday - Friday (AEST), on either [email protected] or +614 81 945 118 before returning any goods.

Important details

Requirements for a refund/return

No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products:

  • That have had tags removed, have been worn or washed and thus the product has become unable to resell.
  • Where the packaging is missing or has been damaged.
  • After 30 days have elapsed since the order was fulfilled.
  • Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.

What about shipping costs?

For change-of-mind returns where there is no fault or damage to the product, any exchange or refund will not include a refund of postage costs.

If there is a fault to the product or order, we will send you a return shipping label and postage costs will be refunded. 

With respect to customs charges or taxes incurred, these will not be included in any refunds or exchanges.

Our policy for unclaimed orders

In regards to unclaimed orders, if any item(s) from an order has been returned to us for reasons such as:

  • An incorrect and/or insufficient address was supplied.
  • International customs issues which did not allow for the parcel to be sent.

We will reach out to the supplied contact email on the order at least three times within 60 days to resolve the issue.

If no resolution has been reached within this 60 day limit, then the item(s) will be officially returned to our warehouse and the monies from the order will not be refunded.

I have made a purchase in-store that needs to be refunded or returned

If you have made a purchase in one of our stores but would like to enquire about a return or refund please send the below to [email protected]:

  • A photo of the receipt proving the purchase was made at an Australia the Gift store. The receipt must also show a date that the item was purchased within the previous 30 days.
  • A photo of the item which clearly shows the fault or damage to the item.
  • Confirmation of whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you would like a refund please confirm your details of where the refund can be sent e.g. bank account. If you would like an exchange please confirm their shipping details and what product they would like as an exchange.

We, unfortunately, cannot return or refund any item(s) if one of the above conditions is not met.
