We dispatch orders Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Brisbane. Orders placed before 10am will be sent out the same day (subject to stock availability).

All parcels are sent securely with signature on delivery and Australia Post tracking.

How much does delivery within Australia cost?

Our shipping rates are often revised and adjusted to ensure our customers get the best rates on shipping within Australia.

All our rates are calculated by the weight of your order. Your order shipping costs will be displayed on the Cart and Checkout pages.

Note all Australian shipped orders over $100 receive Free Shipping. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your delivery. You can then track your parcel via the Australia Post website here:

If you are sending your items overseas, you can also use this tracking number on the website for the destination countries' own postal service (e.g. USPS or Parcel Force).

What products can I send overseas?

Each country has varying rules, restrictions and taxes for receiving items from Australia. Product import restrictions can change regularly, therefore we always strive to update and inform our customers as soon as possible so that your order complies with necessary import guidelines.

How do I get free delivery?

We offer FREE Australia wide standard delivery to all orders over $100. This will be automatically processed when you proceed through our online checkout.

This postage includes signature on delivery and a tracking number.

Where do you ship orders from?

Our head office and warehouse store is based in Brisbane, Australia.

All our online orders are processed and dispatched from this location.

My package is late and hasn't been delivered. What can I do?
  • Using the tracking number we sent you via email, head to the Australia Post website to check the status of the delivery. This will highlight any delays due to customs inspections or natural weather patterns.
  • Check we have the correct delivery address for your order. You can do this either by logging into your account or checking the order confirmation you will have received when you placed your order.
  • Check to see if you have an attempted delivery card. This means that Australia Post were unable to delivery/leave the parcel and have left it at a local post office for collection.
  • Check any safe areas that Australia Post may have left your parcel.
  • If none of the above work, please call us on +61 07 3352 4789 or email [email protected] making sure to note your order number.
I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

First things first, these things happen!

  • If you are yet to receive a tracking number or dispatch email from us then either call us on +61 07 3352 4789 or email [email protected], noting your order number and the correct address and we will try and change the details for you.
  • For Australian orders, if your order has already been dispatched, and you have registered on MyPost, you can re-direct parcels up to an hour before delivery by logging into your account.
  • For International orders, if your order has been dispatched then we will be unable to change the delivery address. If you need to re-ship, we would recommend that you to place a new order to your correct delivery address. Your original order can then be returned to us for a refund, excluding the shipping costs.
I have been contacted by the customs office regarding payment to release my order?

Many of the countries we ship to have customs duties and charges on all purchases that are shipped to that country, whether they are marked as a gift or not.

Most countries will not assess you for these duties as the values are low. However some countries, like the UK, Germany, Spain, and other E.U countries are not so lenient and will request payment.

If this occurs, you will need to contact the customs office directly to arrange the payment and delivery of your order.

We always recommend that customers who wish to send items outside of Australia check with local government customs offices before placing an order.


Can I return my order?

All items carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).

For faulty items, please contact our office, between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday (AEST), on either [email protected] or +61 7 3352 4789 before returning any goods.

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.

In this case please call +617 3352 4789 or email [email protected] prior to sending goods back.

In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a $10 dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain.


  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged.
  • Australia the Gift is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Australia the Gift will cover any postage costs. Please call +617 3352 4789 or email [email protected] prior to sending goods back.
  • No refunds will be offered for freight costs where there the goods are returned but are not deemed faulty. In these cases, only the costs of the goods will be refunded.
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
My item arrived damaged! What can I do?

Whilst every precaution is taken to safely pack and protect your order, damages can happen.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away on +61 07 3352 4789 or [email protected] We will assess the issue and get onto a resolution for you right away.

If possible, please take and send us images of the damaged items so that we can fully investigate.

If we have sent you the wrong item, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped out to you right away at no extra charge.

Please note a minimum order spend of $25 applies to all AfterPay purchases on the Australia the Gift online store.

To pay via AfterPay, simply click the ‘Proceed to AfterPay’ button at the Checkout once you have filled in all the necessary fields.

You will then have an option to either log into your AfterPay account or create a new account.


Can I pay without a PayPal account?

Yes, you can! 

You don’t need a PayPal account to pay for your order. This is appears as "Checkout as Guest" or "'Pay by Credit/Debit Card'' on the PayPal payment page.

Please note that PayPal does often restrict customers from this feature, meaning an account is required to continue.

If this occurs and you wish to not create a PayPal account, simply navigate back to the Australia the Gift checkout page and select "Pay Credit Card (Stripe)".

If you are wanting to send your order internationally as a gift, please note that due to customs regulations, Australia The Gift are required to include a tax invoice on the parcel to avoid delays, additional charges or destruction of the parcel.

If you are wanting to send a gift internationally, please let us know in the notes section of the Checkout and we will ensure that your invoice is not included within the parcel and only attached to the outside for customs inspections.
