That’s why we’ve made it our mission to ensure you know the last order cut off dates for both Australian and International orders based on your order arriving on or before Friday 22nd December*.

We dispatch orders for delivery Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Brisbane. Orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day (subject to stock availability).

Place your order before 10am for urgent deliveries using Express Post, which guarantees overnight delivery to addresses within the Express Post Network. (Please visit the Australia Post website for a list of delivery postcodes in the Express Post Network).

We utilise PayPal’s secure platform for all our online orders. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order. At the checkout simply click the ‘Proceed to Paypal’ button once you have filled in all the necessary fields to be taken to PayPal’s secure gateway.
You will then have an option to either log into your Paypal account or pay via Credit or Debit card without needing to log in or create a PayPal account.
We take our customers privacy and security seriously, that’s why we use the PayPal secure payment platform to facilitate our customer orders.
PayPal also enables us to easily track your payment to minimise the delay between you paying for your order and us dispatching it.
You don’t need a PayPal account to pay for your order.

Standard Delivery to anywhere in Australia $15 (for orders up to 3kg in weight).
Express Delivery to anywhere in Australia $23 (for orders up to 3kg in weight).
If your package weighs more than 3kg, you will be notified by email to provide additional payment. If at this stage you decide to not go ahead with the purchase, Australia the Gift will refund the sale and not send the goods.
We offer Free Standard delivery to Australian addresses on orders over $100. This will be automatically amended when you proceed through our online checkout.
Yes. If you would like to send your order as a gift, please let us know within the notes section of the Checkout page. We can write a personal message as per your request and ensure that no invoice is included within your parcel.
If you are wanting to send your order internationally as a gift, please note that due to customs regulations Australia The Gift are required to include a tax invoice on the parcel to avoid delays, additional charges or destruction of the parcel. If you are wanting to send a gift internationally, please let us know in the notes section of the Checkout and we will ensure that your invoice is not included within the parcel and only attached to the outside for customs inspections.

All items carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges). For faulty items, please contact our office, between 8:00am and 3:00pm Monday – Friday (AEST), on either email@example.com or +617 3352 4789 before returning any goods.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please call +617 3352 4789 or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending goods back.
In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a $10 dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain.
