Description
This Seven Sisters candle holder is hand-made from glass and a layer of clay then beautifully gift boxed with a story card inside. The clay allows the candle flame to illuminate through and radiate the magnificent colours of the designs, captivating any space when using one of Koh’s tealights. A portion of each sale goes to the artist.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Seven Sisters Candle Holder – Khatija Possum
The Dreamtime story of the Seven Sisters is retold in this beautiful illustration from artist Khatija Possum.
In the Dreamtime a group of seven Napaltjarri women were being pursued by a Jakamarra man called Jilbi. He had been sitting in a cave at irlkirdi practising love magic by cutting off his long hair and weaving it by hand onto a wooden spindle, then performing songs and dances which people from far off could hear. Often he would entice young women to come to his cave and live with him. Jakamarra men were very proud of their successes when they practised this magic, and spent much time boasting among themselves about their prowess.
The seven women had no intention of sleeping with the Jakamarra man and ran away from him, journeying a long way across the desert until they were too tired and hungry to go any further. They sat down at Uluru to search for honey ants, then when they saw Jilbi approaching went to a place called Kurlunyalimpa, and changed themselves into seven fires.

Returns Policy

All items carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).
For faulty items, please contact our office, between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday (AEST), on either [email protected] or +614 81 945 118 before returning any goods.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.

In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a $10 dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain.
Conditions:
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging is missing or has been damaged.
- Australia the Gift is not responsible for the for freight or customs costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Australia the Gift will cover any postage costs. - No refunds or payments will be made in respect to customs charges or taxes incurred as part of an international return. As per our shipping policy, Australia the Gift are not liable for any customs charges or duties
- No refunds will be offered for freight costs where there the goods are returned but are not deemed faulty. In these cases, only the costs of the goods will be refunded.
- Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
- No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 60 days have elapsed after an order has been returned back to us.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
In regards to unclaimed orders, if any item(s) from an order has been returned to us for reasons such as:
– An incorrect and/or insufficient address was supplied
– International custom issues which did not allow for the parcel to be sent.
We will reach out to the supplied contact email on the order at least three times within 60 days to resolve the issue.
If no resolution has been reached within this 60 day limit, then the item(s) will be officially returned to our warehouse and the monies from the order will not be refunded.
