All online orders come with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund of the product price (excluding postage).

If your return is due to a faulty item or an error with your order, we’ll also refund your shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Important details

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that:

  • Have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
  • Are missing or have damaged packaging
  • Are returned more than 30 days after fulfillment
  • Are returned smelling of tobacco smoke

For change-of-mind returns, postage is not refunded unless the product is faulty and exchanges and refunds will only cover the cost of the goods

If there is a fault to the product or order, we will send you a return shipping label and postage costs will be refunded.

With respect to customs charges or taxes incurred, these will not be included in any refunds or exchanges.

Unclaimed Orders

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or customs issues, we’ll contact you (up to 3 times over 60 days) to resolve it.

  • If unresolved after 60 days, the items will be returned to our warehouse and no refund will be issued
  • You can opt to have your order reshipped (with an additional postage fee) or refunded (excluding the original postage cost)

Include:

  • A photo of your store receipt (must be within 30 days)
  • A clear photo of the item and any fault/damage
  • Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
  • For refunds: include bank account or payment details
  • For exchanges: include shipping address and desired product

Unfortunately, we cannot process in-store returns without this information.
