Our Ugg Winnie boot sizing is not Unisex. (Please ensure you measure your foot before placing an order and select a size higher as sizes may vary depending on the style you select)
Our Ugg is made from sheepskin boots which should be a snug fit. With continued use, the wool will adjust to the shape of your feet, creating a perfect fitting Oz Winnie UGG boot.
If you’re not sure of your usual shoe size (or just want to be extra safe) we recommend that you measure your foot from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel and select a size higher to corresponds with the length of your foot. Alternately, you can check our Size Guide to find your perfect fit.
Measure your feet in the afternoon, when feet tend to be their largest. Some people have one foot slightly larger than the other. Measure both feet and choose the size that fits the larger of the two.
Oz Winnie UGG boots are meant to be worn without socks. Wool will naturally wick away moisture and allows air circulation to keep your feet dry. If you prefer to wear socks, select cotton socks or another natural fibre. If you prefer a looser fit then we would recommend selecting one size larger than your normal fit.

Customers sending items overseas as gifts, please note that due to customs regulations Australia The Gift are required to include a tax invoice on the parcel to avoid delays, additional charges or destruction of the parcel.
If you are wanting to send a gift internationally, please let us know in the notes section of the Checkout and we will ensure that your invoice is not included within the parcel and only attached to the outside for customs inspections.
For international returns involving no faulty or damaged items, no shipping fees will be refunded, only the price of the goods returned will be refunded.

All items carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.
